Acceptance of Terms & Services

BD1B CONNECT operates as a unified communication gateway offering programmatic and manual access to text messaging (SMS) and Voice Calling services. We reserve the full right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any specific feature or the entire service at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

By accessing, registering, or utilizing our website, APIs, or communication services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.

Wallet Balance, SMS & Voice Call

Our platform operates on a unified wallet system to make it highly convenient for users. By adding funds to your account, you agree to the following usage terms:

• The money added to your account wallet can be utilized seamlessly for both Sending Messages (SMS) and Making Voice Calls.
• Charges are automatically deducted from your wallet balance in real-time based on your usage and the current rates for SMS or Calls.
• You are responsible for maintaining a sufficient balance in your wallet to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Strict No Refund Policy

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds. All payments, wallet top-ups, package purchases, and fund deposits made to BD1B CONNECT are strictly FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

Once money has been successfully added to your account wallet, it cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or refunded to your bank or mobile banking account, regardless of whether you have used the funds or not. Please top up your account only with the amount you intend to consume.

API Usage & Security

If you are utilizing our API to connect your application to our platform, you must adhere strictly to our technical guidelines:

• Your API token is strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for any activity that occurs using your token.
• All requests made to our API infrastructure must be securely transmitted over HTTPS.
• We enforce system rate limits to prevent abuse. Excessive polling or ignoring HTTP error statuses may lead to temporary API blocks.

Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our communication platform lawfully. Any violation of the following rules will lead to immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance:

• Transmitting spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or robocalls to users who have not opted in.
• Sending abusive, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content via SMS or Voice.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, phishing (smishing), or financial scams.
• Violating the telecommunication laws or carrier regulations of the recipient's jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability & Termination

BD1B CONNECT is provided on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service due to upstream carrier dependencies. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of business, or data loss resulting from service downtime, delivery failures, or account suspensions.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate any of the terms mentioned above. In the event of account termination due to a policy violation, no refunds will be provided for any remaining wallet balance.
